Proceeding from part 2, we visualized and worked on the below observations:

– The key points of the survey results to understand the overall status of water access in Maji Ndogo.

– The number of people affected by water access challenges in Maji Ndogo and what those challenges are;
Water pollution challenges with the well water source
The large number of people at shared water sources
Rate of crime perpetrated at the shared water sources

-How much money we will need to complete the upgrades, where that money needs to be spent, and the order of water source priorities.

There are some financial data in our data model called infrastructure_cost, so we made the necessary calculations to reveal the amount of money that needs to be spent at a national, provincial, and rural/urban level, and even per improvement type (of the different water sources).

-The water improvement achieved by provinces, towns and source types.

At this point, we had provided 34% of people with basic access to water.

This takes us to final point of our water crisis resolution, where  we created the public dashboard to finalise and communicate with transparency
